Street Lights

Streetlights in Arbor Hills are privately maintained and the electricity is paid for by the Association through the Association dues.
 
Street Light Replacement
In the case that a street light has burned out, please notify the management company by phone or via the web by using the Marcus Management Incident Report.
Take note of the light pole number which is on a white sticker at the base of the pole. Work orders for street light bulb replacement are placed once three bulbs have burned out or three months have gone by from the first report of a burned out bulb. Also, any street light bulbs burned out are replaced before Halloween each year.
If you notice a streetlight that is on during the day time, please report this as the light sensor may need to be fixed.
