Arbor Hills Dues Statements

The recently mailed dues statements contained payment coupons that had an error. The coupons indicated dues not paid by the 10th of the month would be assessed a late fee and that is incorrect. The annual dues assessment is payable in two installments and are due January 1 and July 1. If you do not pay your installments on these dates, they shall be considered past due and a delinquency notice will be mailed to you on the 10th of the respective month. First half dues that are delinquent can be paid by January 31 and not incur a late fee.

Arbor Hills Street Cleaning

RJR Services will be cleaning the neighborhood streets on Thursday morning, December 13. Streets must be clear of all vehicles to allow RJR to properly clean them. Please do not park your cars, trucks, or anything else in the streets while the cleaning takes place. Remember to bring in your trash and recycling carts before Thursday morning, otherwise they will be in the way of the street sweeper.

Neighborhood Policies Updated

The Board of Directors has recently updated this document which lists very important neighborhood policies.

New Management Company

Please welcome Marcus Management as the new Arbor Hills management company.  The board is very confident that they will do an excellent job managing our community.  We ask that your first contact with any questions, concerns or issues be the management company rather than the board.  This is to ensure that all matters are documented and handled in a timely manner.  Marcus Management can be contacted via email or phone beginning October 1, 2012.

Marcus Management, Inc.; 28545 Orchard Lake Road, Suite A; Farmington Hills, Michigan 48334

September Board Meeting

The Arbor Hills 2013 preliminary budget will be presented at the September board meeting held in the Clague Middle School Library on September 19th from 7-8pm.  The preliminary budget will be reviewed with questions and inputs from neighbors.  This is an opportunity for unit owners to ask any questions or provide input to the board before the final budget is voted upon at the Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 25.  If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like a copy of the preliminary budget, please email the board.

Ice Cream & Music in August

The next Ice Cream Social has been scheduled for Thursday, August 16th from 7 - 8 pm in Kilburn Park.  Join your neighbors and friends for music and a chance to make your own sundae.  Ice cream will be scooped by Board Members and music will be provided by the Pioneer Ensemble - the fantastic string quartet from the June social.

Music & Ice Cream

On Thursday, July 12th, Arbor Hills will be hosting Music and Ice Cream in the Park.  Katherine Weintraub, a classical saxophone player, will play music in Kilburn Park from 7pm to 8pm while Board Members scoop ice cream for the ‘make your own sundae’ portion of this event. Please come over to say hello to your neighbors and enjoy the free music and ice cream.
